1. Package Terms 配套条款

a) Hive Fitness reserves the right to accept or reject an application for any reason whatsoever. The Clients and their Family Members are subjected to the Centre Rules and Regulations in force.
蜂巢健身馆保留因任何原因接受或拒绝申请的权利。客户及其家庭成员须遵守本馆现行的规章制度。

b) Packages are personal to the Clients and are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
所有配套仅限本人使用，且不可转让、不可退款、不可更换。

c) Upon acceptance of the Client's application, the Client will be issued with an account, and the Client shall be entitled to all the rights and privileges exercisable within the class.
客户申请获批后，将获得一个账户，并享有参与课程的所有权利与特权。

d) The Clients and Family Members agree that they are of legal age, have the capacity, and have voluntarily entered into this agreement and accept all terms & conditions of any Packages of Hive Fitness. If not of legal age, they have obtained guardian consent.
客户及其家庭成员确认其具有法定年龄与行为能力，自愿签署本协议，并接受蜂巢健身馆配套的所有条款与条件。如未达法定年龄，已获得监护人同意。

e) Shareability of packages may vary; clients should review the specific terms for each package regarding shared use.
每种配套的共享政策可能不同，客户应查看具体条款。

f) For shareable packages, credits may be shared with one designated family member. Booking conditions:

• i) Single Booking: Only the package owner may book for themselves.
  单人预约：仅限配套拥有者本人预约。

• ii) Dual Booking: Both the owner and the designated family member may attend. Owner must be present; credits for both will be deducted.
  双人预约：配套拥有者与指定家庭成员可共同参加，拥有者必须出席，将扣除两人份的积分。

Bookings without the owner's presence are not permitted.
不得在配套拥有者缺席的情况下为他人预约。

g) Hive Fitness reserves the right to adjust or modify package types, pricing, availability, and features at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect existing active packages unless otherwise specified.
蜂巢健身馆保留随时调整配套种类、价格、可用性及其相关权益的权利，恕不另行通知。除非另有说明，该类变更不影响现有有效配套。

2. Shareable Package Policy Violation 配套共享违规政策

a) If a designated family member attends a class without the package owner:

• Credits for both will still be deducted.
  如发现家庭成员在无配套拥有者陪同下参与课程，将扣除两人积分。

Example: If you book a class for a friend but do not attend, your friend still attends, your credit will still be deducted as if both joined.
例如：如您为朋友预约课程但自己未出席，而朋友仍参与课程，则仍视为两人参与并扣除两人积分。

b) Repeated violations will result in account termination without notice.
重复违规将导致账户被终止，恕不另行通知。

3. Package Termination 配套终止

a) Hive Fitness reserves the right to terminate the package of any Client or Family Member in breach of any terms, without refund.
如客户或家庭成员违反条款，蜂巢健身馆有权终止其配套，费用不予退还。

b) No refund will be issued if a package is terminated solely due to a teacher no longer teaching at the centre.
若客户因教师停止授课而终止配套，不予退款。

4. Physical Conditions 身体状况

a) Clients confirm they have no medical condition preventing participation.
客户确认其无身体状况限制参与课程。

b) Participation is voluntary, and clients accept all risks, including injury or abnormal body changes.
客户理解并接受参与健身课程所带来的所有风险。

c) Hive Fitness shall not be liable for any injury or abnormal change due to exercise.
蜂巢健身馆对因使用设施或参与课程造成的伤害不承担责任。

d) Clients must not use the centre when ill, infectious, or injured in ways that could risk others’ health.
客户在患有传染病或开放性伤口等情况下不得进入场馆。

e) Pregnant clients must inform the centre and obtain medical clearance.
怀孕客户须事先告知并出示医生许可。

5. Expulsion of Clients 客户除名政策

a) Hive Fitness may terminate packages:

• For misconduct or disruption.

• For breach of rules or terms.

• If deemed unsuitable for membership.

• For privacy violations or inappropriate behavior.
  蜂巢健身馆有权因客户行为不当、违规或不适合继续成为会员，立即终止配套，无需事先通知。

b) Terminated clients will lose all privileges immediately.
配套一经终止，客户即失去所有权利。

c) Disrespect to staff or others may also lead to termination.
如对员工或其他会员不礼貌，也可能导致立即除名。

6. Dress Code 着装规范

Proper workout attire and shoes must be worn.
客户须穿戴合适运动服及运动鞋以确保安全与卫生。

7. Class Bookings & Schedule 预约与课程安排

a) Classes must be booked at least 2 hours in advance, subject to availability.
所有课程须提前至少2小时预约，视供应情况而定。

b) If Hive Fitness cancels a class, notice will be given via email at least 2 hours in advance.
若课程取消，将通过邮件提前2小时通知。

c) Clients must cancel reservations at least 12 hours before class to avoid credit forfeiture.
未提前12小时取消预约，将扣除相应积分，恕不退款。

d) Cancelled workshops or special classes will be refunded in full.
被取消的工作坊或特别课程将全额退款。

e) Walk-ins without booking will be charged:

• RM15 for gym access.

• RM50 for group classes.
  未预约直接入场者，将按课程类型收费。

f) Clients must arrive on time; latecomers may not be allowed in and will forfeit credits.
迟到者可能被拒绝入场，相关积分不予退还。

8. Centre Facilities 场馆设施

a) Use all facilities responsibly; clients are liable for damages caused by misuse.
客户须妥善使用设施，如有损坏需承担赔偿责任。

b) Maintain cleanliness, including wiping equipment and disposing of waste properly.
客户须保持清洁，使用后擦拭设备并妥善处理垃圾。

c) Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
发现问题请及时报告。

d) Facility access may be restricted during maintenance or special events.
维护或活动期间可能临时关闭部分设施。

e) Hive Fitness is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
客户个人物品如有遗失、被盗或损坏，本馆概不负责。

f) Follow staff instructions and all centre regulations.
客户须遵守工作人员指示与馆内规定。

g) Violation of rules may result in suspension or termination.
违反规定者可能被暂停或终止使用资格。

9. Limitation of Liability 责任限制

a) Hive Fitness, its staff, and employees are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from use of facilities or services.
蜂巢健身馆及其员工不对客户在场馆内的任何人身伤害或财物损失承担责任。

b) Visiting family members or guests are also subject to the same terms and rules.
客户的家庭成员及访客亦须遵守相同条款。

10. Liability Waiver 免责声明

By signing up with Hive Fitness, the Client agrees:

• To release Hive Fitness from all future claims or liabilities related to activities at the Centre.

• That Hive Fitness may collect, use, and share their data for marketing purposes (consent may be withdrawn).

• To be contacted by phone/SMS for promotions.

• That Hive Fitness is not responsible for safeguarding personal items.

• That participation involves physical risks and the Client accepts those risks voluntarily.

• That they waive the right to sue Hive Fitness and agree to resolve disputes via arbitration.

通过注册并签署本条款，客户确认：

• 放弃对蜂巢健身馆未来因使用场馆设施产生的任何索赔权；

• 允许蜂巢健身馆收集、使用并分享其个人资料用于市场推广（客户可随时撤回此同意）；

• 同意接收市场推广的电话与短信通知；

• 理解并接受健身活动可能带来的风险，包括伤害、财物损失甚至死亡；

• 同意以仲裁方式解决争议，并放弃诉讼或参与集体诉讼的权利。

此条款适用于在蜂巢健身馆内发生的所有事件，并具有广泛解释权。
