1. Membership Description / 会员说明
Basic Yearly Membership is valid for twelve (12) month and grants unlimited access to Hive Fitness facilities for general usage (excluding group and private classes).
基础年卡会员为期十二个月，有效期内可不限次数进出蜂巢健身馆场馆，享受场馆开放区域的健身设备和基础自由训练空间（不含团体课程与私人课程）。
2. Package Access / 配套适用性
a) Basic Yearly Membership does not include access to group or private classes such as HIIT series, Dance series, or Yoga series etc . Separate packages (Credit, Classes, Duo) are required for class participation.
基础年卡会员不适用于团体课或私人课程（如HIIT团课、舞蹈团课、瑜伽团课等），如需参加，须另行购买相应配套（Credit、Classes、Duo）。
b) Hive Fitness reserves the right to adjust access rules based on operations, facility limitations, or special events.
蜂巢健身馆保留根据运营安排、设施限制或特殊活动，调整会员进出规则的权利。
3. Validity & Renewal / 有效期与续费
a) Basic Yearly Membership is valid for 365 days from the date of activation.
基础年卡会员有效期为365天，自首次激活日起计算。
b) Access will be automatically terminated if the membership is not renewed upon expiry.
到期后如未续费，将自动终止进入权限。
c) Freeze: Members may freeze their membership for a minimum of 30 days and up to a maximum of 90 days, upon submission of valid documentation such as medical or emergency reasons.
冻结政策： 会员可申请冻结其会员资格，冻结期最短为30天，最长可达90天，需提供有效的医疗或紧急情况证明。
4. Code of Conduct / 行为规范
a) Members must comply with the centre's rules: proper sportswear, responsible use of equipment, cleanliness, and respectful behavior.
所有会员进入场馆须遵守蜂巢健身馆场馆守则，包括穿着合适运动服、妥善使用设施、保持清洁、礼貌待人。
b) Hive Fitness reserves the right to terminate membership without refund in cases of misconduct, endangerment, or disruption.
蜂巢健身馆有权因客户行为不当、中伤他人、危害安全等情形，终止其会员资格，恕不退款。
5. Disclaimer & Waiver / 免责声明
a) Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to exercise.
客户须确保身体状况适合参与运动，并对其健康状况承担全责。
b) Hive Fitness is not liable for any injury, illness, or loss of property within the facility.
蜂巢健身馆不对客户在场馆内所发生的任何伤害、疾病或财物损失负责。
c) By signing up, the Client agrees to these terms and waives the right to legal claims related to facility usage.
注册会员即视为接受本条款与细则，并放弃因使用本馆而产生的法律索赔权利。
